David Kanagaraj had served the Labour Department and Industrial Relations Department for about 29 years before leaving at the end of 1995. He then served as The Human Resource and Administration Manager of a medium-sized company for about 9 months, before moving into full-time consultancy and training. He is considered a leading expert on labour legislation, especially The Employment Act, The Industrial Relations Act, the Trade Unions Act and the practices relating to employee relations. Since 1980, he has been very involved in training and has been a course leader for the Malaysian Institute of Personnel Management. He was also The Director for the Diploma in Industrial Relations conducted by MIPM, now known as MIHRM. He has also been a course leader for the Diploma in Human Resource Management conducted jointly by the University of Malaya and the Malaysian Association of Productivity. He is, himself, a certified Trainer by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (Certificate No. TTT/0097). He has conducted several courses on Labour Laws for various institutions and organizations and had also been a training officer for the Labour Department and Industrial Relations Department. He is an accomplished speaker and his programmes have always produced highly positive response. In addition to training, David has also been a consultant to several organizations on matters relating to employee relations.
Linda Lee has had more than 20 years experience in administration and human resource management. During this period, she has developed excellent skills in administration, management, communication and training. Linda possesses Certificates in Administrative Management and Diplomas in Secretaryship and Personnel Management and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. She has recently obtained a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree from an internationally recognised university in the United Kingdom. In mid 1998, Linda gave up a successful career in Human Resource Management, as the Group Human Resource and Administration Executive in a diversified group of companies, to embark on a career of Consultancy in Human Resource Management. She has since then advised many companies on human resource and employee relations matters, and the setting up of human resource departments and systems. Being a good organiser, she has organised several public and in-house programmes on Employee Relations, Labour Laws, Discipline & Grievance Handling in addition to various social functions. Currently, Linda is involved in assisting several companies in the preparation of comprehensive human resource policies and procedures manuals, terms & conditions of employment and employee handbooks.
Peter is an Electrical / Electronics Engineer by training. He obtained a degree in E&E Peter is an Electrical / Electronics Engineer by training. He obtained a degree in E&E Engineering after a course of study at the University of Hertfordshire and Warnborough University, UK. He also obtained his MBA from Warnborough University in 2006. Prior to his engineering degree studies, he underwent a three-month Industrial Training Program in the ‘IT Department’ at Siemens in Malacca. He had also completed a course in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) at the Sharp Baccalaureate Technology & Engineering Center, Kuala Lumpur whilst pursuing his Diploma in E&E Engineering. He has also undergone a one-year Technical Training Programme in the Asean Product Development Team with British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Bhd. Peter joined Samsung Electronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. in 2002 and was sent to Samsung Electronics Korea for a one-year On-Job Training Program in Research & Development of Microwave Ovens. During his time in Samsung, he had also attained his 6 SIGMA Green Belt Certification. He had served as an Engineer with Samsung Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd, for almost 5 years in Malaysia, being involved in the development of new microwave models and its respective electrical parts, trouble-shooting, cost cutting activities, improvement in quality and production related activities.
Hj Arip B Mohd had about 29 years service in The Labour Department as a Labour Officer, Assistant Director for Labour and Director for Labour. He retired in November 2006 as Director for Labour, Selangor. During this period he has acquired considerable knowledge and experience in the area of Labour Laws especially the Employment Act, Workmen's Compensation Act, Children and Young Person's Employment Act, Workers Minimum Standards of Housing & Amenities Act and others. He has attended several seminars and training programmes on various aspects of labour laws, leadership, management, training and administration including a 3-month Human Resource Management & Development Programme in Australia. In addition he has served a secondment of 1 year in the Human Resource Department of a leading multinational company under the auspices of the British Malaysian Industry and Trade Association and the Public Services Department. He is also a certified Trainer by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad. Currently he is involved in teaching Labour Laws to students of the Diploma in Human Resource Management conducted by the University of Malaya - Continuing Education Centre, and also lectures in various public and in-house programmes on labour laws and employee relations.
Hj. Md. Hairi Bin Md Salleh had served the Industrial Relations Department and Trade Unions Department (Ministry of Human Resources) for a total of 28 years, before retiring in 2002. His last position was Director for Industrial Relations at the Industrial Relations Headquarters in Putrajaya. Prior that he was the Director for Trade Unions - Selangor, Wilayah Persekutuan and Pahang. As a senior officer he was a resource person for the department and has given training to officers of the department and trade union leaders. During his tenure of service with the Industrial Relations and Trade Unions Departments he has acquired wide knowledge on the various labour laws, industrial relations and human resource practices, the decisions of the courts and has developed a considerable amount of hands-on expertise in the field of industrial relations. This wealth of knowledge and exposure has placed him well enough to be able to advise employers on all matters relating to employee relations. Since retirement, he has been a consultant providing advice on industrial relations and trade union matters to both employers and several trade unions.
Thanabalan has extensive experience in the field of operations performance improvement particularly in various manufacturing and services industries. He is not only an excellent and resourceful trainer, he is also skilled in management and leadership of organizations. He graduated with an honours degree in Management and Biochemistry from University of Science Malaysia in 1987. He started his career in the manufacturing operations as a Production Executive and gradually moved in various managerial positions such as Production Manager, Packaging Manager, Planning and Logistics Manager, Sales Manager and Factory Manager. To name a few of the organizations that he has worked for are Carsem semiconductor, Baxter Healthcare, London Rubber Company, Solectron, Mona Industries and Asiatic Dipped Products. This experience has given him a thorough understanding of the opportunities and problems involved with managing work, people and customers While working in the manufacturing sector he pursued an MBA program with University Kebangsaan Malaysia, majoring in General Management in 1996. Upon completion of his MBA in 1998 and also due to his passion for training, he switched his career to Training and development. To date he has conducted more than 900 training programs mainly in the area of employee development, customer management and operations management / improvement. He is a very versatile trainer not only on the topics that he could train but a bilingual trainer as well. His fluency in Bahasa Malaysia has given him a competitive advantage especially in the present workplace condition

He is a certified Master Trainer, Coach, NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis and Consultant with extensive experience in corporate and public training. He propagates result based training and coaching. His methodology of training is unique and tailor made to the needs and wants of the market. He is an enchanting and mesmerizing trainer.
